Utilizing my ten plus years as a licensed mental health provider, I will blend my clinical skills along with my validating and warm approach to provide a safe space for you. I am here to support you in breaking down ineffective behavior patterns or unhelpful perceptions in order to increase your connection to yourself and your own purpose. In my experience, once we are truly connected to our inner light, we shine!
I have an energetic and validating approach, which aids in developing a strong therapeutic relationship. Let me help you identify where YOU belong in your own life.
Who it is for:
These sessions are for anyone looking for a traditional mental health approach with a holistic and spiritual flavor. Kate has special expertise and concentration in trauma, grief and loss, perinatal trauma and caregiver support
Insurance:
Kate does not accept insurance at this time. However, your insurance company may provide reimbursement for some or all of my services. Contact your insurer for more information. After that discussion, Kate would be happy to talk further with you about options!

Cancellation policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If your payment has been processed and you are providing less than 24 hours notice of cancellation your payment is nonrefundable.
